While helping our clients expand their personal range and depth as leaders, we freely and transparently share whatevers tools, distinctions and methodologies they might find useful. With over a dozen years' experience and ongoing professional development, we are pleased to have an extensive range of approaches to leadership development from which to draw. Our goal is to leave clients better prepared for future challenges, not just the ones they currently face. 

Customized Coaching Plans

Red Frog Coaching is based in Seattle, WA, USA.  We work with clients both nationally and internationally, by phone or in person.  Our work with individuals is often done in a series of one hour sessions, with as many calls or meetings as the client deems necessary and valuable.  We also offer meetings of longer duration with onsite observation, in-depth issue exploration and in-person skill building.

Commitment to the Client's Best Interests

We are affiliated with a strong, vital network of professionals.  If our approach is not a good fit for a client, we are confident we can refer the individual to any number of qualified providers.  Our commitment first and foremost is to our client's best interests.
